Not Playing in 4K - Anyone else have this problem?

The desciption lists it as 4K, yet when I play it on my TV, there is no 4K icon and the image is very obviously not 4K. In fact, at Movies Anywhere, the description lists it as SD, not even HD.
Does anyone else have this problem? And did it resolve itself in time? Otherwise I will ask for a refund. Thanks
Best cops v robbers film ever

First time Pacino & DeNiro on screen together. The screenplay, acting are great...and the planing, execution and choreography of the heist shootouts/robberies are the best in cinema. It's a pretty much perfect execution of the action/drama category of films. There should be a course on this film in film school.

The relationship between people and their daily lives is canvased against the city’s urban landscape. If you like characters with depth, a story with plot, gorgeous cinematography and artistic design, this is MUST see.
The robberies are merely inciting incidents and the characters are the story.

One of most underrated movies from the 90’s.yes it has deniro and Pacino doing their thing but it was Micheal Mann’s vision of cinematography and colored filmmaking that pushed this movie over the top.everything from the vibrant colors of many scenes throughout this movie is captivating.its a true formula Mann has used to his advantage in his other films to much success.
