I really like this movie but I'm just here because iTunes decided that for the bio for this movie they were gonna say that Peeta and Gale were Katniss's "homeboys". Idk why but that honestly freaked me out a little bit
I love these movies. The Hunger Games are some of my favorite movies. And for those who do not like the movies I do not know what you are talking about. These movies are great amazing movies if I could I would not stop watching them. I will watch them over and over again all day if I could.

I honestly have to say that the mockingjay movies are better than the book, in a way. The music is purely gorgeous, and the plot is true to the novel. Would not recommend for the faint hearted.

Mokingjay 2 was all about the trip into the capitol. Really it could have been cut down to a 20-30 minute segment of Mockingjay 1. To say it bluntly Mockingjay 2 was a whole lot of lets kill everyone and spend millons on special effects to kill each character. Literally, that was pretty much all M2 was travel through the city and at every turn have some special effect to kill one of the sqad with Catniss. Even when the story starts to come to an end (their climax) lets kill everyone where too. The only reprieve is when rebels talk about how to deal with the previously priveledged. But the whole fight and death to get there was just pointless filler. In the book you learned about each character in thei course of their journey and understood why they were willing to die for the revolution, but since it never happened in the movie their death was just special effects & shock value. If you really want to understand the story skip the movie and read the Mockingjay book. You will have a much better appreciation for the story which is destroyed by the film.
