Jurassic World Rebirth

Wow. 🤯 🤩, this was amazing. Another great Summer Blockbuster for the ages and a new addition to the groundbreaking story that started with Jurassic Park. To be honest I was worried that this one was gonna make the same mistakes in Fallen Kingdom or Dominion by using a different story in a setting filled with Dinosaurs. But Rebirth did not disappoint the child in me who still remembers the nostalgia of the original films. I would say this one was like a combination of Jurassic Parks 1-4, mixed with a little from Kong Skull Island, and Alien Let’s get the bad out of the way first since there wasn’t much. The characters could’ve had more of a depth because they all kind of just show up and not given much of a context to what they bring to the story. Then, while they do mention it, they don’t go more into the state of the world and the dinosaurs in the wild since it was 5 years after the events of dominion in-film. That said, Scarlett Johansson rocked as the lead character once the half way point passed, Mahershala Ali brought Charisma to the film as Duncan, Jonathan Bailey was the everyday man that allowed the audience to feel the movie through him as down on his luck paleontologist Loomis, and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo as the protective father with his family in the role of Reuben And while this movie didn’t delve into building ho the Jurassic Universe, it was still an amazing adventure to experience. The audio visuals in the film were absolutely breathtaking with the environments they filmed in or created by using SFX. You truly feel like once you set foot on the island that you have traveled back in time when Dinosaurs ruled the Earth. Also, the soundtrack was the best since John Williams did the first 3 24 years ago. Now to the real stars of the Jurassic World Rebirth, THE DINOSAURS!!!! The one thing they never fail in this franchise is giving us these mighty animals that are so foreign yet familiar to us. We see perfect examples of these creatures in all 3 basic groups, Air, Land, and Sea. The best was the scene with the Titanosaurus in the valley, I almost got emotional watching. That scene was probably the best callback to the original film in 1993 throughout the entire franchise. It was like re-experiencing that moment everyone’s jaws dropped all over again. The river boat with the T Rex was absolutely thrilling to see my favorite dinosaur. Overall, this was an amazing summer blockbuster Action Adventure Thriller as well as another great addition to the Jurassic Park series and Dinosaur Cinema. 8/10 STARS✨ Highly recommend to returning fans or newcomers who have yet to experience the wonder and thrill of seeing Earths original rulers

You look at this and see the fact that the 90’s are over! It gets credit for the try hard effort of making another competent Jurassic blockbuster but there’s too much that feels rinse and repeat 🔁! Black Widow can’t really save this from being a sequel we didn’t want! But I feel it’s just okay 👍!
