Inspector Zenigata witnesses a bombing at an airport in the Loviet Union and is stunned to see the face of the suspect—Lupin III. He quickly loses sight of him, but later spots another "Lupin" at a train station. Although Zenigata manages to apprehend him on board the train, Lupin escapes with help from Daisuke Jigen.
