Despite being occasionally uneven, the first 80-95 minutes of this movie are just as, maybe even more so thought provoking with its philosophical questions than the first, all capped off with an iconic and incredible car chase sequence to conclude the second act. However, the climax sputters to a weak landing, even with a pretty decent twist, as its rushed state and dull cliffhanger may leave a lot unsatisfied. Overall though, it’s tolerable and will be enjoyed by a lot of other people too.

Keanu Reeves is back in the Matrix sequel and it's kinda bittersweet with loads of sci-fi action and thrilling momments this is a sequel not in the making but in the decade.

Yes, it's a disappointment compared to the first movie, but I think that's a little unfair. The 1999 movie was so good and so groundbreaking that Reloaded had impossibly high expectations. If you have the appetite for deep philosophy, it's worth it.

Movie plays one or two frames, and the screen goes black. Internet connection is good and all other movies play fine. Matrix movies don't work ever since the 4k upgrade

They really did well with a sequel. I thought it was going to be so much worse, as most sequels are, but this one is still awesome. The freeway scenes had my heart racing.
