Tom Cruise plays an amazing part in this court room drama. If I had one night to live I would watch this movie. I love the emphasis on being a marine and the code. This is a great movie about a positive role model. At first Tom Cruise at first only cares about himself but by the help of another navy lawyer (Demi More), he learns that honor and code are more important than a set of steak knifes. Another character does not believe that the men were right but still does the right thing and helps represent the men on trial. Over all this movie is great and has my favorite one liner of all time. You can’t handle the truth. Definitely watch if you are on the fence.

First off I am very grateful for Apple for lowering prices on these older videos; this was $4.99 a week ago, and yet now $9.99, so the whole world had the opportunity to buy it half of what it is now at still a discount price. I almost did but something held me back. Even though a decent movie, I decided not wanting to buy, partly cause I have seen it too much and partly cause my ex-Marine mentality sees through this hog wash ridiculous film and that Tom Cruise could never ever pass being in the Navy nor the US Marines. Anyway, it was a great price, but no way would I pay $10 for it.....wish they would discount more older movies for $4.99 such as those old 1940 or 1050s great movies...film noir.

I never get tired of watching this film, and I believe Tom Cruise was never better. It was perfectly cast and the passion in the film is something you become part of. I only wish there were more films like this one.
