One of the best horror movies of its era and one of the best remakes I’ve ever seen. Saw this movie in the theater upon release and it has aged like a fine wine since then! Gorgeously shot, dynamic cast with sexy chemistry, gruesome kills, terrifying villains… a perfect date night horror movie! Be warned, tho… it’s pretty intense.

If you want to get scared, Hitchcock is unrivaled! They don’t call him "The Master of Suspense" for nothing! The very first Halloween was also quite frightening! But this movie is pure, unadulterated garbage. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste you money. Anyone can do gore!

I’m a horror movie fan, and I hadn’t felt so scared and frightened like I did when I watched this film years ago, the movie is awesome, lots of scary moments, gory scenes, and excellent make up effects. 🖤🔪

Hands down one of the best remakes ever and even manages to outshine the original film. Great simple story, perfect amount of gore, excellent cast. Perfect.

I am a horror movie fan and this is one of the few instances where I can say I enjoyed this remake way more than the original. This movie is intense and keeps you in the edge of your seat.
