    My favorite Music Documentary now! This is extremely well done. Never lags for a minute. It is so good I think it could very well have inspired the wonderful subsequent Mudcrutch revival and the last two great Heartbreakers albums. Tom Petty was the real deal.

    If you like Tom Petty, you'd be crazy not to get this Movie. Yes it is a Documentary, a wonderful Documentary, but at four hours long it more than qualifies as an Epic Movie. Don't let the length put you off. Divide it into Two days and watch it. I've lost how many time I've watched it. It's just one of those Music Documentaries that's hard to get tired of. The Price is a incredible bargain. The Music Wonderful!!! Gives you deep insight into Tom Petty, a number of other great musicians, and the music business in General. This very well may be the best Music Doc ever made! 100% PLUS

    Watched this on the iPod touch, and it drove my eyes cross eyed, and after four hours I wanted more. Great group, compelling story, very well worth the money. Buy it. Live it. It is great

    This has got to be one of the best music docs, i have seen quite of the band and the man known as tom petty and the heartbreakers, you will travel with tom and band through the stages of life, see what happened and how they got the band together. this is a very honest and raw account of the artist. it'll knock your sock off. For Parents this is a great rock doc, if you or someone is into classic rock or tom petty fan, however this doc although it says Not rated, i'd give it a TV-MA because of the language throughout some of the interviews with key people, so if you can look passed that then, fine. but i just thought i'd give a word of warning that's all.
