It seems like Rotten Tomatoes wants to shot down any movie that is intended for audiences not signed up for AARP. Varsity Blues is not going to win any major awards but what it does offer is a good time. I love this movie and watch it often when I just want something that is enjoyable to watch. If you want a movie that is going to make you think like Inception, go watch Inception. If you want a great movie to watch with your friends get Varsity Blues!!
