This was a great movie especially after sly Stallone made that terrible one. Why was this universe not picked up for a series? Karl Urban did the role well. The universe of judge dredd has so many stories to explore and enemies like judge death.

This movie is a love-letter to a genre and style of action movie that is all but extinct. A gritty dystopian future, reminiscent of movies like the original Robocop or Total Recall.

Karl Urban nails it as usual. His appearance as Dredd in mega city hits spot on and feels hardcore. We need more movies like this!

Well scripted and filmed. Less cheesy than original and much better IMO. I like the slo-mo scenes. Olivia Thirlby performed really well, I’m surprised she’s not in more movies.
Overall very enjoyable and must see sci-fi action movie. Wish they will make a sequel.

Watch the original movie instead. This was a terrible movie and I turned it off after 20 minutes. Don’t waste your money or time with this terrible movie.

What a great movie!!! If you are a fan of action, sci-fi or comics this is a must see movie.... it’s unbelievable to me that other much less entertaining movies got sequels and this did not.
