This is better than transformers! Or at least my kids think so, I enjoyed this one. The action is great and the two scientists are hilarious! Money well spent.

Saw this in the theater. They were able to convey the size and weight of the robots and monsters. The sound effects were incredible. Fun movie, never gets old.

It won't blow your mind with incredible story telling, but it's a balanced diet of seriousness, humor and, oh yeah, big monsters. CGI team did well, actors did well, characters were developped, they didn't come out of the oven perfect, like so many movies these days. You can go on a journey of true character progression. The only thing they got really wrong is they made a sequel.

Pacific Rim is flawlessy entertaining and big huge fun even the trailers make it look like a fun action movie but it is and still to this day is action packed overdrive.
