So lame buy the live action movies so better animation is horrible

Not bad. Anime style, yeah, kinda works. Bigger pain in the rear is that it is set in the "new" Marvel universe of the Avengers, like every other story of late. Boring! As a loyal fan I'd like to see some of the classic Avengers bought to life. Really would it kill you guys to have a white Nick Fury? :) Anyway, worth a watch at 99c. Otherewise, hold off for the 99c sales. Cheers!

Anime and Marvel mixing were a bit weird, but the story as a whole wasn't that bad. The voice casting wasn't that great, but this was one of the more unique animated movies incorporated by Marvel

I really enjoyed this movie, and that saying something since many of Marvel's animated movies left something to be desired. The anime art style fits Punisher & Black Widow quite well. This movie does The Punisher right as you realize that writers are big fans who have read Punisher comics and understand the character. If this movie had any flaw to it, I'd say it was The Avengers themselves. When you watch the film, you realize they were clearly shoehorned in just cause of the Joss Whedon movie. They didn't serve any purpose at all and even the title made no sense. It could have easily been called SHIELD Confidential: Black Widow/Punisher. I'd give it a view if I was you. Can't say enough good things about it.

was pretty excited when I saw a punisher movie, and more excited when I thought Marvel was going to get into animation like DC did. They are not, and I imagine they spent $10 on a script for this movie. Warning, any Punisher movie won't be for kids, the guy was just not written for a younger audience. Still I won't say don't see it, just don't pay too much to watch it
