Five percent on Rotten Tomatoes seriously!!! Not every movie is or should be compared to Citizen Kane. Really good sequel to a great movie and one that is actually fun!
A few missteps otherwise good

The first thing is obvious. It should have been rated R second without Wesley Snipes it is missing something. Omar Epps is a very good actor but Wesley definitely was Willie Mays Hayes. Sadly Wesley refused to come back so that couldn’t have worked out other than writing he had a season ending injury. I pray one day we get a Rated R directors cut but won’t hold out hope either.
