If you're a fan of decent older creature features, this movie is for you

I remember buying this movie on VHS when I was a kid, and absoutely loving it. I finally decided to give it another watch a few years ago, and still found it pretty enjoyable. It is by no means in the realm of great creature features like Jaws, Jurassic Park, etc... but it definitely holds its ground. The effects were great back then, and haven't aged too much. Story isn't too complex, but the A list cast delivers, keeping you intrigued until the very end. If you enjoy a good creature feature, and have somehow missed this movie, definitely give it a watch.
