The Mandela Effect

i was looking for a sci fi movie to watch, and came across this masterpiece on hulu. at the time u thought it wouldn’t be good at all but it was only an hour long so i just said screw it and started it. as the story develops it keeps getting more and more deep, and the way that the story is crafted is brilliant. don’t know how this got bad critic ratings but it just goes to show, don’t trust what the critics say. this movie is a piece of art

Simple in production but very deep in storytelling, this movie made me uncomfortable in the best way possible. Very well done.

Perfectly executed. Waaaaaaaaaay better than I thought it was going to be. These are all real ideas, theories, science and philosophies. Even if you don’t know about any of these things, it is a gripping, trippy thriller. An awesome ride you’re about to go on here. You will relate to a lot of this, trust me. So good. Any critics who didn’t get it, should have at least loved the acting. They were able to get a lot in here. I was surprised.

Really felt like I was in the characters shoes as so many of the memories presented in this film are shared by so many including myself.

no ..... i don’t understand

While I was extremely trepediatious about this movie, I was very plesently surprised. The storyline is one I'm extremely familiar with, having witnessed Mandela's funeral in 89, and I was worried how Levy would portray those "in the know." However, he approaches this subject in a way that lets you know that he experienced things just like so many of us. The activing is GREAT. I was taking notes on how many Effect were being included but about 10 minutes in, I was sucked into the story and stopped taking notes. I've seen it twice already and LOVED it. So did my wife. If you're "effected," I really think you're going to really enjoy this vision of what could be causing the changes in our world

Taught and full of big ideas, this is a must-watch for any fan of sci-fi cinema.
