On March 13, 1997, thousands of Arizonans witnessed a strange UFO phenomenon known as The Phoenix Lights. Among them was 10-year-old Claire, for whom the lights seemed to whisper her name. Years later, Claire receives a promising tip to photograph the lights that spoke to her all those years ago. But her journey is complicated during a deadly heatwave by her estranged, troubled brother, forcing her to reconsider her search for meaning in an often unexplainable universe.
