Melodrama about stock car racing has driver Frankie Avalon getting mixed up with moonshiners when he pauses in a southern town to do some racing. Fabian is the local playboy who provides competition for Avalon on and off the track while Annette Funicello is the love interest.

I used to watch the Frankie/Annette movies all the time. I even bought the Frankie/Annette box set because I liked their movies so much. This movie happened to be included in the box set. I watched it. WHAT IN THE HECK HAPPENED?! The Frankie/Annette movies used to be so cute and meant for all ages. They would have been rated "G" THIS ovie on the other hand... They CURSE! They BLEED! PG-13!!! Not to mention Frankie and Annette are no longer a couple! This movie really sucked.I would give it a ZERO. It's not funny. It's not cute. There's no Eric von Zipper. There's no Deadhead. I hate it!
