    Nostalgia aside, you won’t see a main stream TV series like this today where the female hero dresses up in a cleavage and legs-baring costume in our PC society. WW is just good and pure entertainment.

    Wonder Woman is my all-time favorite TV show, which makes this post particularly frustrating. Episodes are missing and mislabeled. I bought The Complete Series two years ago and am just now going through it. It’s so disappointing to discover that Part 2 of “Judgment from Outer Space” is missing, as well as part 2 of “Mind Stealers...” I gave away my DVDs, which makes it even more annoying (not that I have a DVD player anyway.) Bottom line: this is not the “complete” series, but it’s still one of the most important series in TV history.

    I bought this and several episodes into season two, the episodes quit playing and became 30 second clips. I hope I get a refund.

  • Bummer - HD Version Changed Aspect Ratio

    So I do LIKE the show. I have all the DVDs from when they were originally released. I was excited to see it now in HD. Buuuuuut . . . they changed the aspect ratio to fit widescreen TVs (1.78:1) where the original DVDs were in 4:3 ratio which is what they were originally broadcast in back in the 70s. So while the picture quality gets a nice boost, you're actually missing a whole lot of the picture on the top and bottom. They cut it off to fill the screen of widescreen TVs. Had I known that I would not have purchsed this again since I'm actually not getting the whole image on screen.
