I haven’t had this much fun with Spongebob in a while. The music is fun and grand, the humor was good, the creative props and costumes, and the actors are great in their roles, Especially Tom Kenny.
My few critiques is that the story isn’t very original since other episodes and even one of the movies had the same plot. Some of the actors (while still good) didn’t feel like the characters they were playing.
This is definitely a great watch and music that I will be listing too. I hope somewhere, Tom Kenny is smiling at this one (RIP)

I love this musical so deeply, the cast, the band and just everyone gives it their absolute all. I only wish a lot of the scenes weren’t cut do to ads :(. That doesn’t take away from it in the slightest, now if we had a live or broadway soundtrack to go with it I’d hands down be there to purchase. One can hope at least? This musical deserved to stay on broadway longer, least we have this and the tour! Amazing, astounding and completely not a loser ;)

I’ve binge watched this televised musical 4 times in the past week, and I don’t have a lot of time to spend doing recreational activities.. so this is really worth watching if I’d watch it multiple times, in a week. Lol I definitely recommend!!

This was a great musical! I was afraid that they would ruin it by making it more similar to Rent Live or Hairspray Live, but it was extremely well done, filmed on the stage and just streamed to us. The actors were all 100% into it, and the costuming, dancing, and vocals were phenomenal. The only critique I would give would be that some of the plot was kind of dumb/simple, but it IS Spongebob, so that has to be expected to a certain extent. This is a great show!
