  • Where is Episode 6 ?

    Where is episode 6 Touching the Asteroid ? It aired on October 21 but is not here. When I search for the episode title it links to this season but the episode is not yet available for download. When I purchase a season pass I expect to get all episodes. If I do not get all episodes for the season, that is false advertising and I will be demanding a refund.

    We're missing episode 6 which I presume is Touching the Asteroid. What's going on with this season? We're missing the A-Z pair which you're charging extra for and now another episode is missing from our purchase. This is starting to feel really unfair. Why can anyone answer queries sent in about the problem with this season?

    I paid full price for the NOVA season and only got 3 episodes. Cat and Dog Tales, two episodes which should have been included with the season, were sold separately. Also, the episode on COVID-19 was sold separately. What’s up PBS? Why are you charging people the full price for a season pass then not giving them all the episodes? That’s not right. You’ve been doing the same thing with your Frontline series this season. Don’t sell people season passes unless you are going to give them the episodes that they have paid for.
