(spoilers) that part is so awesome! Including the part when dwight sprayed Roy in the face with pepper spray! Michael is a large weirdo (that's a compliment BTW)! Angela is totally like my Mom,
but not vegetarian! Jim is like my Dad, the both of them have great humor!
In other words, season 3 is AMAZING!!!

Every show has its peak, and for the Office that's the period from late season 2 to the end of season 5. Of course, that includes all of season 3, which is sort of a peak within a peak. Perhaps the most clever material was in seasons 2 and 4 but you can't beat season 3 for pure irreverant humor. Whether its Jim putting Andy's phone in the ceiling, or Dwight thinking he's in the CIA, the season's episodes will have you laughing til your sides hurt and leave you with something to smile about at the end of a long day.

This is probably the best season of the best show on television in the last ten years! The characters really start coming together around this time. So much so that it all feels natural. Watching this show just puts a big smile on my face.
