    SNL was a ground breaking comedy TV show that I remember talking abbout a kid in the late 1970's. Mr. Bill and other things. It has since lost its charactor and has gone far downhill after it seems to be too politically motivated. The first 10 years were oh so good.........

    if you read the itunes reveiw to the right it says its the original sound and video as in when it was aired. so stop complaining it is the best SNL ever OK

    I'm really sad that the prices were raised from a dollar to two dollars for these original shows- I was watching them first hand through itunes, but now I cannot buy as many because they are doubly as expensive. Darn. :(

    I grew up with & loved the early episodes of SNL. I purchased and watched the first episode here on iTunes. Wow that episode sucked ( George Carlin Host ) I forgot they had bad shows sometimes back then to. I will buy more as there are some real classics here, but I will do more research about the episode before pushing the buy button again.

    SNL season 1 is amazing even though i wasn't around when this aired it is the best SNL season same with season 1-5. Gilda Radner is so funny as Emily Litella. Who cares about the stupid audio you shouldn't even worry about it because you will be laughing sooooo hard.
