The classic Adventures of Superman episodes from the 1950s starring George Reeves set the tone for how many people still think of Clark Kent, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen. Mild-mannered reporter Clark Kent works for the Metropolis Daily Planet. But with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men, he also battles for truth and justice as Superman in these earnest, comic-inspired stories. In season three, Jimmy is awarded $1 million, Clark is framed in a robbery and the Daily Planet staffers try to save a Native American tribe leader, among other adventures.

Please release season 4. I grew up with this show (in reruns, thank you very much) and it brings back some happier simpler times. George was the best Clark Kent ever!

The Adventures of Superman, what can I say, it's true greatness. Of course I am a superman fan so i'm definately biased. Still if you like superman at all you owe it to yourself to watch these classics. They are truely inspirational, full of excellent and entertaining stories. Oh and I also agree with some other posters here, where is season 4? Hey comeon now how hard can it be to get one more.........

I have been waiting for Season 4 of the Adventures of Superman for a while now I have to agree with the previous fan. How long do we have to wait? I see other shows with seasons after seasons but not this classic show. What gives?
