Description

Spoiled, popular, and shameless, Madison Penrose plans a sweet sixteen to remember. Cut to ten years prior: The shabby roller rink was home to serial killer Charlie Rotter, or “Lord of the Rink.” Wearing a creepy mask, Rotter brutally murdered teens until his 5-year-old daughter, Skye witnessed one of his murders and turned him in. Transporting Rotter after his arrest, the police car mysteriously crashed and burned, leaving all bodies charred and unrecognizable. The serial killer was assumed dead.
