Description

Everyone’s favorite socialites are back to their wicked ways as Gossip Girl returns for its hotly anticipated season five. Opening in Los Angeles, a suntanned Serena has found the perfect summer job when Chuck and Nate, who are still on their posh trip around the globe, decide to pay her a visit. Meanwhile, back on the Upper East Side, Blair is still dealing with the fallout from her impossible choice between Prince Louis and Chuck, and Dan’s world is suddenly shattered when he discovers that someone has gone behind his back and found an editor to anonymously publish one of his stories. Terrified of his friends and family reading his brilliant-but-honest critique of New York high society, Dan might not be able to refuse the fame and fortune of a published author. Finally, the surprise return of Serena’s cousin Charlie (Kaylee DeFer) will threaten to destroy the van der Woodsen family from within. Watch out Upper East Siders, this season, nobody’s safe and everybody’s going to be sorry!

I love this show so sad that the 6th seAson is the last I love Ed westwick aka chuck bass he is an amazing actor I'm usually laughing at the end of each episode

I love this show. It is not predictable. The only thing I had a problem with was Dair. I found it hard to believe that Blair would get into a relationship with Dan when she was still in love with Chuck. Didn't buy it.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE GOSSIP GIRL. The HEAT. The LIES. The ROMANCE. Is INCREDIBLE. Yes, maybe the characters aren't as they were in the first season, BUT, thats the point, to watch a series, and look back at the flashbacks and even your own memories and look how much they've changed. Sometimes for the better or even the worse. But thats what awesome about Gossip Girl, sometimes changing for the worse is sooooo much better than changing for the better. I personally LOVE blair (Leighton Meester, my now FAVORITE actress and singer, cause of this show) and chuck. Im a TOTAL bluck fan. I think they should be the main starts of the show. I wish I had a romance so heated like that in my life. They might not be "cute" as in like blushing and stuff, but they're HOT cute as in mature, they show true fate and destiny between them, and whats great is that its not in a cheesy way. My least favorite- Blake Lively a.k.a Serena Vanderwoodson. MY OPINION. but I just don't see how she's been made into the main star of the show. I don't think her actings all that great and all I see from her character Serena, is that she moves around from guy to guy. Like its not even sanitary. Constantly, tall, old, young, stranger, sibling-you name it.she's done it. And think about it, some of the below comments say stuff about the MANY guest star's it think about it guys, why would stars be in a bad show? EXACTLY. Ive always been a lover of NYC. Im planning on going there to study in a year or two. So It was a joy for me to watch. AND to any other New York fans or people that like heated romances, with a ton of jealousy, and very EXTREMELY ATTRACTIVE people then this is a MUST WATCH. AWESOME SOUNDTRACK. AWESOME SETTING. AWESOME CHARACTERS..(with the exceptional few). AWESOME SETTING AND PLOT. EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED.
