Getting Into It

I did find the teacher's patter a bit irritating at first, but got over it -- the steadiness and flow of the program is really working for me. It's meditative and challenging without being too strenuous. No distracting music either. Awesome, you guys.

Positions are diverse and helpful. Vocabulary is discouraging and stressful in a way , as words are recited very fast and there is nothing soothing in the tone. Every 2 seconds the word "awesome you guys" or " thanks you guys" comes-up interrupting the need for the calm feeling of a yoga session. There are no "guys" featured, btw.
