It’s a great show, but why no original audio? The dub is painful, as usual. Taking two stars off for this being unmarked as dubbed-only.

You can’t see whether the audio is in Japanese or English before you purchase this. Why does Funimation only put the dubbed on here?

First caught this on Techtv way back when, enjoyed it so much I still have the DVD’s. This is a must have, would have given it 5 stars it it had the original dialogue with subtitles, while I enjoy the English so much is lost but still amazing.
Great anime, but original Japanese audio is better

I have watched lain and live every second of it. However, I would like to see Japanese audio available because this is definitely one of those that is best with subtitles over the original language.
