    This workout will kick your butt, even if you think you're in shape. I run several miles daily, and I had a hard time with this workout. I would definitely recommend using 3 lb or less weights for this one. All I had were 5 lb weights, and I literally could not lift my arms for some of the exercises. Great for people who want to get all-around fit.
