“The Lowdown” follows citizen journalist Lee Raybon, a self-proclaimed Tulsa “truthstorian” whose obsession with the truth always gets him into trouble. When a man goes MIA from prison, Lee teams with brash public defender Ginger to expose power, corruption and malfeasance among the city’s wealthy elite. Meanwhile, Lee’s homelife gets complicated by the return of his estranged grifter father.
