Saw someone recommend this on tiktok. It’s got me motivated. There is a program structure that isn’t include on the digital version but other than that I’m really enjoying it. Been consistent 1 week, excited to see my progress after 6!

I am really happy with this purchase. The workout sequence is well thought-out, and I appreciate the jokes and laughs in between the workout instruction, it makes it more fun. Great job to the contestants that participate in the video, watching them work hard really motivated me to do the same. A few reviews I have read mention that the participants don’t work out in sync - I actually like that, they are real people doing their best, just like me!
