Excellent Introduction to yoga, for beginners and those out of practice

We purchased this series a couple months ago, along with another beginners series. We have done yoga in the past, but not regularly for several years. We continue to use these sessions several times a week, while the other series we bought we did not enjoy and do not use. Yee does an excellent job of guiding the viewer and demonstrating poses both for those who are not very flexible (yet) and those in better yoga condition.

This is my first purchase and it is a winner. Rodney Yee does an excellent job leading you through the poses. I had it for a week and I feel great. Would recommend as a first purchase.
