Very frustrating, video does not load

The preview that you have to watch (30 seconds long) buffers 7 seconds short of finishing, then instead of playing the episode the screen switches to the list of downloaded episodes. I have tried each of the 3 episodes several times with the same f us treating result. If anyone knows how to fix it pease let me know...not thrilled to waste $ on something I can't view!
