Family Matters, Season 6

As Family Matters continues for a heartwarming and hilarious sixth season, the Winslow’s house splits at the seams with chaos, catastrophes and one cantankerous old woman (Rosetta LeNoire as Mother Winslow). The season kicks off with a two-part episode, as a mix-up in Steve’s transformation chamber turns Carl into a nerd! Plus, in the Halloween episode “Dark and Stormy Night,” when the power goes out, Carl and Harriette invent a story about the von Winslows, medieval vampires living in a castle. Also this season, things get serious when Laura considers carrying a gun after being threatened by gang members in her school, and big decisions are floated on a family trip to Disneyworld. Sherman Hemsley (The Jeffersons, Amen), Fred Willard (Modern Family, Anchorman) and Tom Poston (Newhart) guest star this season, as does musical group ALL-4-ONE, when a dance marathon pits Steve against Carl.
