I was a HUGE fan of True Blood for the first 2 seasons. The third was okay and the fourth was just plain awful and predictable. It seems that the vampires that were once living among humans, are living amongst every creature ever thought of. It has gotten to the point of absurdity. Huge disappointment.
Expensive, childish, and worthless.

We live in a world where you can choose your vampire/supernatural entertainment. I like season one and two of this series, and it all went downhill when they had "weres", "shifters", and "faeries". Oh, and let's not forget the "witches". Season five beats season four out on the "atrocious" scale, however. It's that bad. The only thing "adult" about this show is the sex and language. The violence isn't bad. Seriously, either I am immune to blood and gore, or this show just lacks in that department while it caters to the melodramatic one.
Despite that I only liked the first two seasons, and that there is a fifth and soon to be sixth season, the show is not even worth $46.99 in one large package. What is a were-panther? How stupid. And why would you spell it "faeries" when it could be made clearer by "fairies"? There's really no difference! Sookie is an annoying fool, Tara is enough to want to beat your brains out with a baseball bat, and all the pointless, bogus crap this show has to offer is nowhere near worth all the seasons' pricings combined. I know people like this show, I know people like the horribly written books, and that's fine by me. Be fans for what I care. I don't like it, and this is the last time I will ever view anything related to True Blood or the Southern Vampire Mysteries.

i watched one of the true blood and it was stupid but i told myself at least it was a free pilot i found out later they charged my checking .i thought they would give money back just made a honest mistake they said no refunds they have charged me twice on free pilots i will never get another new show. be careful i will go on utube and tell others.
